  The owner of this place is a spicy little sass. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. I walked in for the first time to place a "to go" order. She walks out of the kitchen, stops and stares at me, and says "yeah?!" In a rude manner, like she was annoyed to see me. She puts a menu in front of me and serves some drinks. Then she comes back up front, grabs a pad of paper and a pen, and pauses. I think she's taking me order so I start to talk and she says rudely "hold on! Not ready yet!" And proceeds to do some calculations or whatever on some papers. Embarrassed I stare at the menu and contemplate walking out. But what if the food is good? Still worth a shot.
  
  Waiting to see how the food is. I ordered shrimp fried rice and sweet sour chicken.
  
  ** yeah the food is pretty darn good so I'm willing to go back the food is actually fresh and hot. Seems like good quality ingredients. **

  Had a great lunch.  Great value, great food, attentive service. Would definitely recommend.  Great place to grab good food and good drinks in the area.  Owner was friendly, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Will definitely be back!

  I really like feeding my family at this spot. The food quality or chef has been going down. Our five items were overcooked, chicken items were dead, Beef was horrible. This should of been a 1 star meal. However, I like this place. I come at least 2x month. If this continues I will not spend my money, I will continue down through international district for food.

  Will not visit again ! Food juat wasn't tasty ... :/ and I love Chinese food maybe needs some seasoning

  I wish I could tell you how the food was but unfortunately we were denied service of any kind. I went in for the lunch special before 3pm but for whatever reason the person working did not want to serve me. There was no one in the restaurant at the time and she did show me a menu but kept telling me what I wanted to order was not ok. Then she told me to come back in five minutes and they would be ready to take my order. When I came back five minutes later she tried to say it had been 10 minutes and refused to serve me. I will never patronize this business again. Which is too bad because my wife and I eat here often and we spend a lot of money here. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because of their great bartender (not here now) but in the past he's been great and makes great drinks.
